Winter boat show season is here, and SERO is excited to be heading out to events across the U.S. and Canada. From major boat shows and cottage living shows to American Camp Association (ACA) conferences, this is a great opportunity to see SERO boats up close, connect with our dealers, and talk sailing with the people who know these boats best.

Whether you’re a lifelong sailor, new to the Sunfish, or representing a camp or sailing program, we’d love to see you this season.

Boat Shows

Boat shows are your opportunity to seek inspiration to get on the water! There are so many great boats and accessories to check out, but the greatest appeal is to see SERO boats in person and catch a special deal!

In areas where we have local dealers we are proud to partner with them to showcase SERO boats. In areas without dealer representation, SERO Sailing will attend directly and is always eager to welcome new local dealers into the SERO community.

January 17-25

Toronto International Boat Show  Ontario, Canada

Exhibiting Partner: Quiet Waters Sailboats
The Toronto Boat Show is the largest indoor boat show in North America and a true experience from the indoor lake to the many boats and accessories. We’re excited to partner with Quiet Waters Sailboats to display a Sunfish, SOL, and Fusion I on booth 1341.

Sunfish have been difficult to get in Canada for years, thanks to a few of our dealers they will be easy to get in 2026. To celebrate the return we will have a Canadian Special edition… come see it for yourself!

Quiet Waters Sailboats is located in Waubaushene right in the heart of the GTA’s cottage country, making it simple for you to get a new boat for your cottage this summer!

Syracuse Boat Show New York

SERO will also be represented at the Syracuse Boat Show. This event is a great opportunity for inland lake sailors to see our boats up close and ask questions about ownership, sailing programs, and availability.

Detroit Cottage & Lakefront Living Show  Michigan
Sunfish sailing and lakefront living have had a symbiotic relationship for decades. There is no better way to enjoy the water than on a Sunfish. If you aren’t lakefront, the good news is that these boats are easy to transport by throwing on a roof rack or small trailer.

The Sunfish, SOL, Fusion, and Maverick will be on display along with Kayaks, Paddleboards, and more from Tahe Outdoors. We’re super excited to attend a show and show off our products just down the road from where we build our boats!

March 27-29

Grand Rapids Cottage & Lakefront Living Show  Michigan

Gull Lake Marine be attending the Grand Rapids Cottage & Lakefront Show, where SERO boats fit right in with lakefront living and summer fun. If you have a summer cottage in need of a new sailboat or just enjoy spending your days on the water, this is a show you won’t want to miss.

American Camp Association (ACA) Conferences

SERO has a huge spot in our hearts for summer camp sailing and are proud to support camps across North America. We’re a proud member of the American Camp Association (ACA) who host educational conferences for Camp Professionals. These conferences often have vendors exhibit their services and we attend several of them as our boats are widely used for instruction, recreation, and waterfront programs. This year we will be attending the following:

January 15^th 

ACA Ohio Camp Conference Ohio
From the shores of Lake Erie to its inland lakes, Ohio’s vibrant sailing scene has its roots in the summer camps where so many first learned to sail. SERO is proud to support our neighbor state and promote sailing on the Great Lakes! Our founder Chris McLellan will be attending this conference and is excited to hear Sunfish stories as he coined the phrase “Where it all began…”. 

March 10-12

ACA Tri-State Conference New Jersey
The ACA Tri-State Conference is the “The Largest Gathering of Camp Professionals in the World”. Attendees at this conference come from far beyond the Tri-State area as this is an incredible opportunity for any camp professional to expand their knowledge and do some annual shopping in the large exhibitor hall.

ACA Winnekota Leadership Summit Wisconsin

With nearly 30,000 lakes across Wisconsin and Minnesota, many lakeside camps offer sailing in the legendary Sunfish. With close ties to our home state of Michigan and the Great Lakes, this region is especially meaningful to us, and we are excited to support even more sailing camps throughout the area.

ACA New England Conference New Hampshire

New England camps are truly a part of the Sunfish legacy as much as the Sunfish are staples at these camps. We couldn’t be happier to return the Sunfish to the New England Conference for the first time in many years alongside our partners Fay’s Boat Yard.
