Warranty Policy
SERO will accept the return of any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Boats and other items returned may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. You will be informed of restocking fee prior to return. For all returns, you are responsible for the shipping cost. If SERO made a mistake with your order, SERO will pay the shipping expense your for return.
Returns without proof of purchase are unlikely to be approved and will be considered at our discretion.
Return Policy:
To initiate your return please contact SERO directly to initiate your claim within 30 days of receipt.

Provide the reason for the return and proof of purchase.
After we’ve processed your return request you’ll receive a return authorization number to write on the outside of your box as “RMA####”.
Once we receive the item(s) in question, we will issue a refund if it is eligible.
If the item is not eligible for return we will contact you and coordinate mailing it back.
Non-returnable Products:
Including but not limited to all cut lengths of rope, rigging fabricated to your specifications, custom-made products, sails, are not returnable. If a non-returnable item is defective, we will gladly repair or replace the item. We will not accept the return of any item that is not in its original packaging with all manuals, original packing material and warranty cards in place.
Refunds:
We promise to do our best to promptly credit your account for returns, however, items that are not in condition for immediate resale (i.e. open boxes) may be subject to inspection prior to issuing you a credit. Please be aware that this inspection process takes time and it can take 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your return for us to issue your credit.
Items purchases through SERO Dealers:
The same terms and conditions above apply to any SERO items purchased through one of our dealers. Please follow our contact procedure and we will contact your dealer if needed.
