By submitting your photos to SERO Innovation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Grant of Rights: By submitting your photos, you grant SERO Innovation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the photos in any media, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and other marketing channels.
- Usage: The photos may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, email newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Attribution: While SERO Innovation may give credit to the photographer when appropriate, you acknowledge that SERO Innovation is not obligated to provide any attribution or compensation for the use of the photos.
- Representation and Warranty: You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the photos or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from the owner to grant the rights to SERO Innovation as outlined in these terms and conditions. You further represent and warrant that the photos do not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERO Innovation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to the use of the photos as permitted by these terms and conditions.
- Drawing Entry: By submitting your photos, you will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a gift card. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email.
- Privacy: Your contact information will only be used for the purposes of this contest and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Acceptance: By submitting your photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
