The AeroSouth Dinghy Bob is a masthead flotation and safety device designed to prevent small sailboats like the Sunfish and SOL from turning turtle after a capsize. Positioned at the top of the mast or spar, it adds buoyancy that keeps the rig more upright when the boat is overturned, allowing for faster recovery and reduced risk of mast entrapment in shallow water. It installs with a combi-mount fitting in minutes and also provides supplemental wind direction indication while sailing.
